Wednesday Evening Volleyball 6.30pm to 10pm
Western Sydney Volleyball runs womens, mixed and Mens competitions for all skill levels from beginner to advanced and for all ages.
We currently have over 40 teams so you are welcome to join as an individual or bring your whole team along. Its a fun and light atmosphere and a great way to make friends, exercise and keep fit. Competitions are now running at Penrith at a Low cost compared to most other organised sport and volleyball is one of the best sports you can play for all round fitness.
